For payment, we accept credit cards and bank transfers. All advance orders and orders of items not in stock are non-returnable.
Custom made order or pieces purchased during sales and advance orders and items not in stock are not eligible for return and exchange.
For the UAE, the estimated delivery time will be between 2-3 working days on ready pieces , depending on the delivery address except pre orders that might take 1-3 weeks according to the piece work.
